Ariagala

Ariagala is a type of milk frother designed for the brand of Nespresso. It uses milk-cups with real milk. The cups have an origami-like harmonica shape so they’re small and can grow when the milk gets frothed.

The machine functions as follows; small cups or capsules are partly filled with liquid milk. Hot air gets pushed through the cup and the milk gets frothed inside the cup. Then, a hole gets punched in the bag and the milk gets pushed out, right into a coffee-filled cup. This way, the machine does not have to be cleaned at all. The system is similar to the coffee-cups of Nespresso since here a new cup is used every time and no milk stays behind.
